Kensington at Providence HOA was awarded the Community Associations Institute Nevada Chapter  2023 Southern Nevada Outstanding Small Association of the Year.

This award was presented at the CAI Nevada Annual Awards Gala, held on February 2, 2024, at the Smith Center. Kensington was 1of 7 associations nominated in that category.
