Board of Directors

Kensington Board of Directors

The Kensington Board of Directors consists of three homeowners, who volunteer their time, and are elected for three-year terms by the members of the Association. Board Elections are held each year for one open seat, maintaining the important continuity on the board.

The Board of Directors has the responsibility to govern the association on behalf of the homeowners, to maintain the community standards, to create and submit a balanced budget, to follow and enforce the Kensington Governing Documents, and adhere to all Federal, State, County, and City laws and ordinances.

The Kensington Board of Directors and Committee people are members of the Community Associations Institute, Nevada Chapter, providing quality education to homeowner board members. The Board of Directors is a supporter of the CAI Nevada LAC to ensure sound legislation that affects Homeowner Associations in the State of Nevada.
