Trash cans or garbage cans may be placed at the end of driveway no more than twelve (12) hours before scheduled pickup and must be removed and placed back in the garage or backyard within twelve (12) hours after scheduled pickup.

To prevent trash, garbage and refuse from being scattered, it must all be secured inside heavy duty garbage bags that are tightly tied or placed in garbage containers with secured lids.
