Kensington Exterior Paint Color Schemes 

With the age of the homes within Kensington, the paint will soon need to be refreshed. The HOA had a representative from Sherwin Williams do an onsite paint color palette with all of the different paint color schemes throughout the community. These are the approved color choices of the Kensington HOA.
 
Just as a reminder to all homeowners, if you are changing the exterior paint color scheme, you WILL need to submit an ARC Application using the approved paint color scheme to the HOA for approval.

If you are painting the exterior of your home with the same paint color scheme that you currently have, you will not need to submit an ARC Application to the HOA.
